Unfortunately due to the current government guidelines our services continue to be restricted. Although our respite group sessions and One2One support in schools remain suspended for the time being, we are available for telephone support.
We will be making contact with our registered families just to check in to see how you are and offer any support we can and signpost to other services if needed.
We are also able to provide telephone One2One support for our young people with Lucy our Young Carers Support Worker. If your child is interested in having a One2One chat with Lucy or you yourself would like a call from us please email us at email@example.com, we can then arrange a convenient time.
See below days and times that Lucy is available. Her time is limited therefore calls will be limited to between 10/15mins each:
Wednesday 2pm to 4pm
Thursday 2pm to 3:30pm
Friday 2pm to 3:30pm
Please provide us with the preferred contact number for the call and if it is during school time please inform the school that you child will be away from their online lesson for a short time.
Our Staff are mostly working from home but do pop into the office a couple of times a week. All calls, voicemails and emails are monitored from home so if you need us please don’t hesitate to make contact with us. We may not be available to respond to your call/message straight away but will come back to you as soon as we can.
We will continue to monitor the restrictions and government guidelines and look forward to seeing you all again when we can.
